Shipping Policy:
GP Tactical standard shipping policy is Canada Post. Rates are as follows:

Every effort is made to ship items placed within one business day of the order, but may occasionally be subject to 3 Business Days.
GP Tactical insures you're package for the first $100.00 of value , after the $100.00 you are offered extra insurance , if declined customer is assuming all risks for lost or damaged shipment over the first $100.00
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees, including returns in the event of a failed delivery if Customer:

Refuses the Shipment .

Provides incorrect or inaccurate information required for shipping.

Does not pick up the shipment from Canada Post before their Return to Sender period has expired.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
Simply put, if you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy.
If in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss who we can help make it right. We will work with every reasonable request to ensure you have the right gear and it meets your expectations.
That said, here are some rules and guidelines;
If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product, the first step is to Contact Us and request an RMA.
To request an RMA, use the Contact Us form and include your name, Order Number and as much detail about the product in question and the reason for returning. We will then supply you with an RMA Number.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees on all exchanges and refunds with the following exception; if the incorrect product is mistakenly shipped, GP Tactical will arrange payment or refund of shipping fees incurred.
If you receive a product that you are unhappy with or will not work on your specific hardware, contact us for an exchange or refund.
Exchanges and Refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase and be Unused with all original packaging and paper work.
GP Tactical understands that some products must be removed from their packaging to ensure compatibility with the customers’ hardware. So while we don’t say ‘Unopened’, please take care when removing a product from the packaging. Products returned with damaged packaging, or showing obvious signs of wear, use or damage, may be subject to a restocking fee of 30%.
Special Orders by their nature are non refundable and non returnable, unless they arrive incorrect, defective or damaged.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, you should note that on the delivery invoice and photograph if possible. This documentation will assist the RMA process and ensure the most efficient resolution of your issue.
